Everything about Taryn & Kristian’s wedding makes me happy. When I think back about this day, I can’t help but smile and day dream about the beauty and love of that day (not to mention the day ran either right on time or early and all us vendors where in love with the relaxed pace of the day).
Taryn & Kristian picked Pillar & Post (a Vintage Hotels site) as their venue and it was really the perfect match. The dark woods and old charm that Pillar & Post had played perfectly with the bright, vibrant flowers from Lush Florals. All the decor details were classy and playful, just like the two of them.
Purple Tree Photography captured the beauty of the day exquisitely. They played with the textures and beauty of the property and I squealed with excitement when I saw the pictures.

The ceremony began with soft music played by Duo D’Amore. Close family and friends joined in the outside garden on a beautiful, warm June afternoon. Officiated by a family friend, everything was so personal and happy.
Following the cocktail hour, guests enjoyed a delicious meal and a wonderful array of cakes from Willow Cakes. Liquid Entertainment got the party started and kept the dance floor packed for the rest of the night.
There are some weddings that stick out, and this is one is one of those for me. Taryn did such a great job bringing everything together and really creating a fun, relaxed vibe. I was so honoured and thankful that I got the chance to be apart of it. It’s easily become one of my favourites.
Thanks,
Mal
