My daughter is turning 3. I can’t believe how fast time has flown by. Now, as I think every little girl in the world is obsessed with Frozen, my daughter is no exception. So it was naturally the theme of her birthday this year. I will actually be keeping this post relatively short and show you a few of the crafts that I put together for her birthday.
I started by sparkling up the utensils. I had clear plastic utensils left over from a summer party so I painted the tips of each fork and knife with white glue and then shook loose silver and blue sparkles on top.
Next I have created wands for each guest. I painted skewers with blue sparkle paint and then glued on ribbons and snowflakes.
I found a whole bunch of free printables from Pinterest. I used the ones from here and here. I printed them out for snowman snack packs as thank you gifts. These included 3 different sized marshmallows, a piece of candy corn for a nose a few mini chocolate chips for mouth and buttons and a piece of candy ribbon for a scarf. I also used for food labels, banners and other fun signs.
(Note: I am not a photographer, so I know these are not the best pictures. I can visualize how an event can work in a space and can’t figure out how to set the perfect lighting for my craft projects.)
Check back soon, I will post pictures of set up and all the extra surprises that are coming.
Thanks!
Mallory
